3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Procedure

In order to secure a charter, you are required to:

• Have reached the age of majority, typically 18 years
• Supply truthful and comprehensive details
• Render the necessary deposit as outlined in your reservation confirmation
• Conform to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Your reservation is deemed confirmed only when payment is finalized and you receive our written acknowledgment. We possess the discretion to deny service to any individual.

3.3 Charter Availability

Charter availability is contingent upon the accessibility of the vessel and appropriate weather conditions. We shall attempt to accommodate your requested dates and times to the best of our ability.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Cost

All service charges are quoted in € and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. Costs are subject to alterations without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Deadlines

• Deposit: 50% of the full cost of the charter required at the time of reservation
• Balance: To be paid 48 hours prior to the departure of the charter
• Additional charges (if any): Payable upon the charter's conclusion

4.3 Methods for Payment

We accept major credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and certified checks. All payment processing is secured through encrypted systems.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellations by the Customer

• Over 72 hours prior to departure: Full reimbursement less transaction fees
• Within 24 to 72 hours before departure: Half of the amount will be refunded
• Under 24 hours before departure: No reimbursement available

5.2 Cancellations due to Weather

Should our captain determine weather conditions unsafe, we provide the options to:

• Change your charter to another available date without any additional cost
• Issue a complete refund if rescheduling isn't feasible

5.3 Mechanical Failures

If the selected vessel encounters any mechanical issues, we will make efforts to offer a suitable substitute. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be given.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Obligations

All guests are expected to:

• Heed all instructions from the crew
• Utilize safety gear as directed
• Disclose any health conditions that could influence their safety
• Stay within assigned areas on the yacht

6.2 Restricted Items

The following items are not allowed on board:

• Glass bottles
• Illegal items
• Weapons or firearms
• Excess beverages (beyond a moderate amount for consumption)
• Pets (unless prior approval is obtained)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers should behave respectfully. We reserve the right to end a charter prematurely without refund if a passenger's behavior is a safety hazard or detracts from the experience of others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Responsibility

Our responsibility is limited to the cost you have paid for your charter. We are not accountable for:

• Injuries incurred through your own neglect
• Theft or damage to personal belongings
• Secondary, incidental, or punitive damages
• Delays due to weather or events outside of our control

7.2 Coverage

We have comprehensive marine insurance that covers our boats and operations. Charterers are accountable for their individual travel and valuables insurance.

7.3 Risk Acknowledgement

Engaging in our services implies acknowledgment that marine pursuits pose inherent dangers, and you accept all responsibility for your own safety and security.

8. Amendments and Itinerary Alternations

We reserve the right to alter itineraries, paths, or timetables due to meteorological concerns, safety precautions, or operational demands. We will endeavor to offer comparable substitutions when possible.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for disturbances, cancellations, or alterations brought about by facts beyond our command, which include, but are not restricted to:

• Harsh meteorological events
• Catastrophic natural events
• Official mandates
• Port closures
• Vehicular malfunctions
